To view rules listing page, access the sidebar menu. Select Accounting>Rules. Listing page will appear.
From the listing page, new rules can be added.
Recently added rules will be seen on the top of the list.
Listing page will provide information about: Rule name, Applied to which account, Conditions, Settings, Auto-confirm enable or disable, Status, Action items.
Action items will have options for: Edit, Active in case the rule status is pending, Pending in case the rule status is active, Disable, Delete
You can make the rule disable by clicking on "Disable" button from the listing page. A popup will appear, click on "Yes, update it". The status will be changed.
You can also change the status of the rule from active to pending and from pending to active from the action item for a particular invoice on the listing page. A popup will appear, click on "Yes, update it". The status will be changed.
