You can choose plan by accessing www.akounto.com > Select the region and language from the dropdown present in the hero section > Click on Pricing from the website header > Landed on the pricing page.
Click on "Choose monthly" button. Plan add-ons screen will appear which allows you to select designation (mandatory) and business type (mandatory). You can also select the add-ons or continue without selecting any add-ons.
You can also see the plan selected in the order summary on the same screen. You can also view the plan details by clicking on "View plan details" below the plan name dropdown - All the features included in the plan with be shown to you. Click on the "Continue" button.
A popup will appear "Unlock a year of excellence at half the price!". Click on "Upgrade to yearly" button, you will be redirected to yearly plan screen else Click on "Continue monthly", it will let you proceed with the monthly plan.
Type in the Business name, email address and password to create your account. You can also change the plan type (from monthly to yearly) by clicking on the plan name dropdown. Click on the "Continue" button.
If you have not entered a valid email address on the Create your account screen, an error message will be displayed : “Please enter a valid email address.”
If you have entered the email address on the Create your account screen that already exists in the system, then an error message will be displayed : “The provided email already exists in the system. Please, use a different email or Sign in to the application.”
An OTP will be sent to the registered email address. Enter the OTP and click on "Continue" button.
If a lifetime deal exists, a popup will appear "Uncover the lifetime deal!". Click on "Get the lifetime deal and checkout" or "Continue monthly". By clicking on any of the button, the price will differ and will reflect in the order summary having the plan name selected.
Select the payment method: Card (enter the payment details like card number, expiration, CVC) and Cash App Pay (After submitting your order, scan the QR code using Cash App). Click on "Make payment" button.
Payment success page will appear having all the payment details. Click on "Complete your profile" button.
Final step is to Complete your profile. Enter the business details and address details (All fields are mandatory). After filling all the details, click on the "Continue" button.
Enter email address and password to Sign in to the account. Enter the OTP send to the email address and click on the "Continue" button.
A popup appears "Welcome to Akounto family!". To unlock more features click on the "Continue to set your profile" button. You need to set your invoice number preferences by adding Invoice suffix, Invoice number (Mandatory field) and Invoice prefix. You will be redirected to the Contact us page by clicking on 'Contact support' on the invoice number preferences popup. "You have opted for software support from an expert. Click here to contact support".
The preview field will display the suffix, number, and prefix entered in the fields. Click on "Next". A popup will appear 'Congratulations! You have successfully set-up your profile!' with Skip and Create your first invoice button.
If you click on the "Skip" button, you will be redirected to the dashboard.
If you click on the "Create your first invoice" button, you will be redirected to the invoice template.
On the dashboard, plan name will be displayed along with the next renewal date of the plan and an information icon which will have the number of days left before the plan expiry.
After purchasing monthly plan, you will get an email with the details showing the date till which the plan is valid.
You can also edit the add-ons by clicking on "Edit add-ons" and can also change the plan type from all the screens till payment checkout. Add-ons and plan type is not editable in "Select add-ons" screen.
You can also view the plan details by clicking on "View plan details" below the plan name dropdown.
